New chemotheraphy drug approved by the FDA

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has recently approved a new drug for the treatment of the advanced stage of prostate cancer. The chemotherapy drug Jevanta was reviewed under the FDA’s priority review program which provides for and expedited review for drugs that may offer advances in treatment.
